Ceramic Tile Coffee Table 1960s

Description

Vintage coffee table from the 1960s featuring a solid oakwood frame with a distinctive decorative tiled top. It was made to order by a French artisan in the style of similar designs by ceramic artist Roger Capron or Vallauris and therefore shows the same delicate botanical motifs in warm earthy tones that were very popular in this time and era. The handcrafted character, its low profile, chunky design and the natural materials used create a charming rustic and yet surprisingly modern aesthetic. Thanks to the soft brown and beige colouring, this coffee table really is an allrounder, as it will effortlessly adapt to any interior style, elevating the space with its calm unobtrusive presence.

The table is in very good (vintage) condition, with just the normal age-related wear.
