Moonstone Lamp by André Cazenave for Atelier A 1960s
Description
Exceptional floor lamp in the shape of a so-called moonstone, designed by André Cazenave for Atelier A. This is the largest model ever made, with almost 50cm diameter. The lamp is made of fiberglass and marble powder. When lit, this lamp emits a soft, atmospheric light that feels very cozy and warm. Extraterrestrially beautiful!D50 x H30 cm
Condition
The lamp is in very good (vintage) condition, with normal signs of wear consistent with its age. Photos are part of the description. As is unfortunately often the case with fragile fiberglass, there is a hole on one side of the rock. This is not disturbing (due to the uneven surface of the lamp, it even seems to be part of it at first glance) and can also be turned backwards when in use.
