Description

These "Ambo" armchairs were designed in 1969 by Jo Otterpohl, for German manufacturer COR. The deep, olive green color, which changes from bright green to golden yellow depending on the light, exudes the atmosphere of the 1970s, while the design looks surprisingly contemporary. The "Ambo" is a rather rare (and downright gorgeous) model, which is fully modular and can therefore be completely adjusted to your wishes, thanks to the removable armrests. Present the set as 2 separate armchairs or remove the armrests for a more playful, casual look. Would you prefer something more romantic? Combine both elements into a loveseat, with or without armrests! The choice is completely yours!
The side table shown in the photos is for sale as well. Consult our "Furniture" section to purchase it.

Condition

This set is in very good (vintage) condition and was professionally cleaned before sale. The only wear is a very light, inconspicuous discoloration on one of the armchairs. This can be noticed on the corner of the seat cushion and on the side (see the last two photos) but, as mentioned, it is not disturbing or striking and is therefore only mentioned for completeness.
